Nominations are being accepted for the 2004 All-USA Teacher Team, USA Today's recognition program for outstanding K-12 teachers.
The 20 individuals and instructional teams named to the All-USA Teacher Team win trophies and share $2,500 awards with their schools, with $500 going to the teacher. Teachers must be full-time, certified teachers with at least four years' experience, and they must be nominated by someone who can explain in writing what makes them outstanding.
Nominees must complete the form explaining how they achieve their success. Postmark deadline is April 19. For information and forms, access allstars.usatoday.com.
