After six years as the assistant superintendent in the Parkland, Pa., district, Louise Donohue moves up this month to the superintendency. She has worked in school administration for more than 20 years in Pennsylvania, including stints as director of secondary education in the East Penn School District and principal of East Penn's junior high school.
