The former superintendent of the Shenango Area School District in New Castle, Pa., has moved into the superintendency of the South Butler County Schools in Saxonburg, Pa. Patrick O'Toole earlier spent seven years as principal of Shenango Area High School and five years as an associate principal in the Greenville, Pa., district.
