Gwen Gross - People - appointed superintendent in Manhattan Beach Unified School District - Brief Article

The Manhattan Beach, Calif., Unified School District has a new superintendent in Gwen Gross. She served as superintendent in three other California districts during the previous 11 years: Hermosa Beach, Ojai and Beverly Hills. Earlier she spent 11 years as a teacher and principal. She is co-author of Eight at the Top, co-published by AASA and ScarecrowEducation.
Gross was honored as adjunct faculty member of the year for teaching excellence at Pepperdine University.
