Arthur W. Stellar - People - appointed chief education officer for Renaissance Learning - Brief Article

Art Stellar is moving into a newly created post as chief education officer for Renaissance Learning in Wisconsin Rapids, Wis. He had been president and CEO of High/Scope Educational Research Foundation. Stellar spent 17 years in various superintendencies, including Oklahoma City, Okla., for 7 1/2 years.

A former president of the Association of Supervision and Curriculum Development, he holds a doctorate in educational administration from Ohio University.
