Calling All Teachers - telephones installation in classrooms - Brief Article
School Administrator, May, 1996
Teachers in the 1,800-student Essexville-Hampton Public Schools no longer have a convenient excuse for lack of communication.
All 120 classrooms in the district recently were equipped with telephones. The district used a Woodbury, N.Y., firm, Telrad Telecommunications.
The school district expects the telephones will allow teachers to work more closely with administrators and each other when preparing class plans or delivering lessons. The phones also will provide students with online database access.
