After four years as superintendent of the Ellicott, Colo., School District 22, Walt Cooper is assuming the post of business affairs director of the Cheyenne Mountain School District in Colorado Springs, Colo. Previously he was an assistant superintendent of the Weld County district in Gilcrest, Colo.
