NCLB handbook - Bits & Pieces - Brief Article

School Administrator, May, 2003

The Public Education Network has published an 80-page guide to the No Child Left Behind Act.

PEN produced the handbook to show parents and community leaders how to employ the new legislation to close achievement gaps and guarantee quality education. The guide explains NCLB and its applications in easily understandable language and provides a glossary of terms and abbreviations related to the law.

The handbook is available at no charge by visiting PEN's website at www.publiceducation.org or it can be purchased for $10 by calling 202-628-7460.
