Standards for Success developed a comprehensive set of standards that reflect what university faculty expect in well-prepared students, The standards are written in language that allows comparisons with state content standards.

The booklet "Understanding University Success" and an accompanying CD-ROM, which provides extensive examples of student work from first-year university classes, are being mailed to every U.S. high school.
