After raking a break from the superintendency, Herb Berg returns as superintendent in Kershaw County, S.C. Berg spent the past two years as executive director of the Association for the Advancement of International Education. He earlier was superintendent in Alexandria, Va, Puyallup, Wash., and Centralia, Wash.
