We're proud our SolarCool attic fan ranks #4 in Building Products' Top 100. But we never rest on our laurels. So it's fitting AirVent would engineer something even cooler. We call it the WhisperAire whole-house fan.
The WhisperAire is designed to pull fresh air from open windows through the home as warm, stale air is pushed into the attic and exhausted through attic vents. It's an energy saving alternative to air conditioning so homeowners can enjoy the benefits of cool, fresh, outdoor air.
WhisperAire has two small, powerful fans that are mounted side by side in a one-piece housing that can cool a 2,000-square-foot home in about 15 minutes. It fits between 16- or 24-inch on-center joists. That means no joists need to be cut or reinforced for installation and no wires to drop down an interior wall to a switch.
