[ss] 106A, Rights of Certain Authors to Attribution and Integrity, an author is entitled to: (a)(1)(A) to claim authorship of that work, and (a)(1)(B) to prevent the use of his or her name as the author of any work of visual art which he or she did not create. Further, under subsection (a)(2), an author shall "have the right to prevent the use of his or her name as the author of the work of visual art in the event of a distortion, mutilation, or other modification of the work which would be prejudicial to his or her honor or reputation.

Paul C. Manz currently serves as the Deputy Project Manager Effects and Fires Command and Control Systems managing multiple complex software-intensive information technology projects with a life-cycle management cost of over $1.6 Billion. He has previously held technical leadership positions in the Army Enterprise Architecture and Department of Defense Electronic Devices Science and Technology communities. Manz has a Masters in Public Administration and a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering, is a Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), and Multiple Level III Certified Army Acquisition Corps (AAC) member.

Michael Zelenka is a civil attorney employed by the U.S. Army in the Intellectual Property Law Division of the Communication-Electronics Command, Legal Office, Fort Monmouth, New Jersey. He has been associated with the Legal Office for over 30 years and has experience in most aspects of intellectual property law. For several years prior to his entry in the legal arena, he worked as an electronics engineer. His experience in that area has proven to be extremely useful in his present capacity. Mr. Zelenka obtained his engineering degree from Stevens Institute of Technology and his legal degree from Fordham University.

Raymond S. (Tim) Wittig, a lawyer by training, specializes in intellectual property management and licensing issues. He is the founder of Geo-Centers, Inc. Technology Management Group, which provides advice and assistance to the private sector and the U.S. Defense Department laboratories on technology management plans, intellectual property training and technology transfer. He is co-chairman of the Federal Laboratory Consortium Legal Committee and makes regular presentations to professional associations. He received his J.D. from the Dickenson School of Law and holds a B.A. and M.S. from Penn State University.
