Per SAF/AQC memorandum, dated Sept. 16, 2003, 64P officers and 6CO enlisted contracting members are required to complete CON-100, Shaping Smart Buisiness Arrangements, or complete a fulfillment package prior to applying for Level I Acquisition Professional Development Program (APDP) certification.

Students must complete CON100 or fax a copy of the approved DD Form 2518 (fulfillment) to DSN 487-1348 prior to applying for CON-104A.
