Call it a home-field advantage or the benefits of home cooking, but English bodybuilder ERNIE TAYLOR made the most of his return to his native soil. Taylor finished as the runner-up to JAY CUTLER, who re-established his dominance over men who are not named COLEMAN, stopping a two-contest slide from reaching the winner's circle. E.T. nudged his way in front of Teutonic titan GUNTER SCHLIERKAMP, who was as thick as Stonehenge but not as dry. Much happier than the hapless German was Austria's MUSTAFA MOHAMMAD, who swerved into the fast lane like a scurrying London taxicab and finished fourth. Once again promoting the English Grand Prix was the unparalleled KERRY KAYES of Dorian Yates Approved, whose magisterial efforts at the physique-show arts attracted 32 competitors looking to make their marks in luverly London.
