To add bulk and mass to all three heads, including the medial head, finish off with close-grip bench presses for 3 sets of 6 to 8 reps. Keep in mind that this type of arm assault is not for the faint of heart. You'd better be ready to sweat and feel the burn to the point where your eyes swell up and you feel like you're going to cry like a little baby! This routine is for bodybuilders who are courageous enough to venture into the pain zone, where the biggest gains can be found.
