* "Before a contest, I'll do things like glute raises on a glute machine to tie it all together."

* "I like to finish off my chest with dips. I tuck my chin in and look down to keep myself forward [less upright] to focus more on my pecs and less on my tri's."

* "Growing up, I always worked forearms--and not just with barbell wrist curls. I'd also do reverse wrist curls, hammer curls and one-arm cable wrist curls."
