BICEPS AND TRICEPS

Great peaks to his biceps--and they attach at his elbows. His triceps sweep down with good separation and detail. His pipes are all gnarly and knotted from the outside angles, too.

SHOULDERS

Homey's capped! He's got a wide structure and he's sporting proportionate mass across all three heads.

BACK

That back is banging. When he's on, it pops like mad. Teres minor and major, middle traps, alts--they're all very thick and the detail jumps out at you.

This pose is do-or-die time, and he kills others with it.

GLUTES AND LOWER BACK

He needs to be extra crispy in the glutes and lower back--a must if you're gonna bump with Dexter Jackson, Phil Heath and Kai Greene.

REAR LAT SPREAD

This is his bread and butter. It's coming out so wide that it's hard to deal with.

He's misleading at first because his skin isn't the thinnest; so, until he starts flexing, you don't see much. But when he's on and hits that first pose, my man makes you take notice.

SIDE TRICEPS

Dude's got some horseshoes. See the hang and thickness to his quads and hams? His legs always looked more impressive from this angle. He's got some pecs on him, boy. Full, rounded edges and an upper chest that needs it's own ZIP Code. When he opens up, he doesn't disappear.

OVERALL

Victor makes that thing happen with his combination of size, shape and fullness. What makes his physique are his great muscle bellies--homeboy's rounded out. Everything hangs real nice. His X frame is booming. But he needs to be tight and dry to blast on everybody.
