Flex, August, 2003
You're hardcore and deep into the iron game, You live to blast massive weights and feel the burn of each and every agonizing rep. The gym is your temple, and the endless quest for muscle has captured your soul. After all, you can never be too big, but you can definitely be too small. The following is the inside scoop on how many top bodybuilders use training, dieting, and two advanced supplements called CELL-TECH and NITRO-TECH to gain some serious size. So, if you're sick of sitting on the sidelines and you're ready to join the ranks of the big boys, read on - monstrous mass awaits you!
Stick To The Basics
Lifting heavy weight with hardcore intensity is vital for mass construction. Getting big requires that you do hardcore exercises like bench press, squats, military press, bent-over rows, barbell curls, skullcrushers, shrugs, and dead lifts. These are the basic exercises that have been used to build championship physiques year after year. This is not to say that these movements should be the only exercises you do, but that they should be the bread and butter of your training program. To build the most mass while performing these basic movements, use the heaviest weight you can handle for 6 to 8 reps with good form on each set.
Rest And Grow
Rest is probably the most overlooked factor in the struggle to gain size. If all your focus has been on training in the gym, and you haven't taken time off to recover, you could be in a state of muscle loss rather than in a state of muscle gain. That's right -- the more-is-better philosophy can in fact rob you of valuable muscle and hold you back. Think about it for a minute. If you're training seven days a week, your muscles are never going to get a chance to recover and grow--you'll be constantly breaking them down Keep in mind that even though you trash your muscles in the gym, they actually grow when you're out of the gym. The best thing to do is to schedule days off from training every week to allow your muscles to recuperate from the beating you put them through.
Use CELL-TECH And NITRO-TECH For Incredible Muscle Gains
