The surf report

Muscle & Fitness/Hers, March, 2004 by Linda Lewis

Whether you're looking for fitness gear, books, videos or information, these websites really deliver:

www.exercise.about.com -- The beauty of this site is that it allows you to search by category or, if you're not sure what you're looking for, to browse a variety of subjects. It also includes links to fitness resources as well as complete captions, photos and video clips of most exercises. Gets our vote for easiest to navigate.

www.exrx.net -- A great place to go for help in developing a workout plan. The site offers a comprehensive list of exercises with tips on proper posture and proper biomechanics, anatomical diagrams and video clips. It's like having several reference volumes available all at the touch of your keypad.
