Michele's training split

 1 Shoulders, biceps, quads,
     hamstrings
 2 No resistance training
 3 Back, abs

What body of water best symbolizes your personality? The Pacific Ocean.

Why the Pacific? Because it conjures the notion of a frontier. The Pacific Rim is ever-changing, and so is the coastline [along the U.S. shore]--the tide can be pretty rough. I wouldn't say I'm a thrill-seeker, but I tend to be forward-looking and interested in knowing, What's the next thing that would be interesting to study or investigate or do? Let's go look.

What's your favorite gadget? I think my iBook laptop computer right now.

What's your favorite board game? I like lots of different board games. I guess Monopoly.
