Big shoes to fill - Extra Bodyfit - Brief Article

Muscle & Fitness/Hers, July, 2002

Could your feet still be growing? The foot completes most of its growth by age 18, but it can increase in width and length as the arch collapses with time or weight gain, notes Kathryn Webb, DC, from the Georgia Chiropractic Association in Atlanta. If one foot is a bit larger than the other, buy shoes for the larger size and fill in the shoe of the smaller foot with felt or moleskin, she suggests.
