I combined the cardioaccelerator ("Don't Wait, Accelerate!") and the micro cycle ("Your Rep Range Rules") programs from the Mar/Apr 2009 edition, and it's a phenomenal workout. I wanted to do something different, so I thought, Why not try them together? My daughter's wedding is coming up and I wanted to see improvements--and I have. I'm out of the gym earlier and don't feel sore. I had never lifted heavy consistently, but now I love it. I plan to keep lifting heavy and mixing it up. Thank you for your valuable advice.
