I eagerly wait for every issue to help me with new workout ideas and motivation, but mostly, I await the recipes. Renee's Breakfast Frittata in the August issue ["The Meal I'm Loving Now"] was delicious and quick, two words that I don't always use when cooking healthy.

Please keep up the good work with the "Lighter and Leaner" section! I've made the Pad Thai Noodles [April 2003], the Corn and Crab Enchiladas [July 2003], and tonight, the Stuffed Grape Leaves [August 2003]. I especially like that you include so many ethnic foods, and that the recipes are rarely labor-intensive!
