Pertinent Data: The grinder features a fixed grinding wheel head with a moveable regulating wheel slide and a workrest slide. This double slide system allows the workpiece to fall between the wheels after grinding, which eliminates unloading time and increases throughput. The regulating wheel features a third outboard bearing that adds stability and the cantilever design of the grinding wheel spindle means faster wheel changes, again saving time. The Model Estarta 305 MV comes with a Fanuc CNC control and can be equipped with both automatic load/unload systems and post process gauging systems.
