Why you should care: This software allows for two-way communication between the lathe and the AMS system, so that operators can select spindle speed synchronization. (Previously a single spindle speed of either 3000 or 4000 rpm was set at the factory.)
Pertinent Data: The new options increase the flexibility of the AMS system and enhance its capability for turning parts like internal combustion engine pistons, brake rotor shims and butterfly valve discs.
