Clement Publishing Group has announced the sale of its safety and employee communications unit, Clement Communications Inc, to Brady Corporation of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, US, a provider of identification solutions.
Financial terms of the transaction were not revealed.
Clement Publishing Group said it will restructure around its other unit, Soundview Executive Book Summaries, a provider of business book summaries.
