The Hydraulic Concrete Processor line of attachments from Genesis Equipment & Manufacturing Inc., Superior, Wis., offers simultaneous crushing and pulverizing of concrete along with cutting rebar steel found within.
* Designed for use in demolition, concrete recycling and mixed C&D debris applications.
* Available in four models: the GCP 410 for 40,000-pound excavators, offering a jaw opening of 34-inches and 75 tons of crushing force at the tip; and the GCP 610 for 65,000-pound excavators, providing 132 tons of crushing force at the tip and a 45-inch jaw opening.
* Models 410R and 610R featuring continuous 360[degrees] hydraulic rotation for added onsite versatility are also available.
* Standard Genesis features include proprietary custom-alloy steel plate construction for maximum strength and abrasion-resistance; bolt-on wear components including concrete crushing teeth and indexable rebar cutting blades decrease costly downtime needed for welding and buildup; and Genesis' proprietary regeneration system (speed valve) to provide fast cycle times.
