Breaker Technology Inc. (BTI), Solon, Ohio, has made several personnel announcements.
Robert McArthur has been named as director of international sales. He will oversee BTI's international sales activities and represent BTI in the newly formed International Aggregate & Mining Group of Astec Industries Inc.
Pat Hoggatt has been named regional sales manager for the Midwest U.S. He will work with BTI's dealers in Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Illinois and Easter Missouri. He has more than 20 years of sales management experience.
Debra Ferguson has been promoted to controller. She has been with BTI for three Ferguson years as a financial analyst and has 16 years experience in progressive accounting roles.
Sharon Johnston has been named marketing manager. She will be responsible for all marketing activities for the company, which designs, makes and markets hydraulic rock breaking equipment.
