Superior Aluminum Alloys - appoints Ron Marchbanks - Brief Article

The Superior Aluminum Alloys division of OmniSource Corp., Fort Wayne, Ind., has named Ron Marchbanks as vice president of sales and marketing.

He will be responsible for directing the sales and marketing effort for the specification alloys produced and shipped from the Superior facility in New Haven, Ind.

Marchbanks has previously worked for Alcan Aluminum, Wabash Alloys and Advanced Aluminum LLC. "Ron's extensive aluminum background will strengthen our position as a major player in the secondary industry," says Superior Aluminum Alloys president Denny Luma.

Superior Aluminum Alloys melts scrap in three reverberatory furnaces that, combined, are capable of holding 30 tons of specialty alloy. The company produces ingot, sow and molten metal.
