Charles R. Goettsch has announced his retirement as CEO of Goettsch International Inc., Cincinnati.
As part of a corporate succession plan, company ownership will now transfer to his brother, company President Eric J. Goettsch. Charles will serve as a consultant to the firm during the next five years. He joined the company in 1966 to work with his father, company founder Carl Goettsch.
Goettsch International sells machinery and supplies to the corrugated container and recycling industries throughout Latin America, Asia and Southern Africa with annual sales of more than $25 million. The company is headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, and has satellite offices in Mexico, Brazil, South Africa, the Philippines, Singapore and China.
