Interstate Van Lines president Arthur Morrissette, Jr., (left) and Bill Lucas, SDDC Deputy to the Commander, attend 2nd Annual Greater Washington Government Contractor Awards event Oct. 13 at a Tysons Cornet, Va., hotel. Lucas was one of three finalists for the "Public Sector Partner of the Year Finalist." Interstate, of Springfield, Va., nominated Lucas for the award. Lucas retires from SDDC on Jan. 31.
