SDDC units awarded
Translog: Journal of Military Transportation Management, Summer, 2008
SDDC's 1185th Transportation Terminal Brigade, Lancaster, Pa., won a 2008 Chief of Staff, Army Combined Logistics Excellence Award in the "Army Reserve--Large Unit" category. SDDC's 838th Transportation Battalion, Rotterdam, Netherlands, was also recognized as runner-up in the "Active Army--Supporting Unit" category.
The ceremony was held June 3 in Alexandria, Va. Lt. Gen. Ann E. Dunwoody, then Deputy Chief of Staff G-4, hosted the event and recognized winners and runners-up of the Maintenance, Supply, and Deployment Excellence Awards.
