WWII Memorial article comprehensive
VFW Magazine, August, 2004 by Frank Montoya, Robert C. Nicklin
"World War II Memorial Becomes a Reality" (May) was commendable and an excellent article. It encompassed all historical aspects of the memorial: conception, planning, funding and construction. It was most informative.
