Unit pride on display

I read with great pride about Marines of I Co., 3rd Bn., 7th Marines, advancing on Baghdad. Then I saw the photo of the same unit 50 years ago in Korea. Only the wars change, the heroes remain the same.

The unit tradition of honor, sacrifice and courage passes from generation to generation. The thread is woven into the fabric of all our services. This is illustrated by the men of the 7th Marines who in Baghdad were the same quality warriors as those in the 7th Marines at Boulder City.
