GIs in Bosnia exempt from world Court

VFW Magazine, August, 2003

U.S. and Bosnian officials signed an agreement May 16 protecting U.S. troops and nationals in Bosnia from prosecution by the International Criminal Court. The pact exempts some 1,500 GIs in the Balkan country and bars Bosnia from handing over any U.S. government official, employee or military personnel to the Court or its agents.
