Register now for Nashville convention

VFW's 103rd National Convention in Nashville, Tenn., will be here before you know it Manager of VFW Convention and Meetings Vanessa Kane, CMP, reminds all Posts to support VFW programs by registering members early for $10. The registration fee entitles a member to a convention packet that can be picked up at the convention. Registration forms were mailed March 1.
According to Section 22 of the national bylaws and Manual of Procedure, each Post shall register, in advance, at least one delegate to the national convention.
Known as "Music City USA," Nashville will host VFW's convention Aug 24-30. The Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center, located within the Opryland Complex, will be the convention site. In addition to Opryland, Nashville offers many attractions for people of all ages. Be sure to see future issues of VFW magazine as it highlights top tourist sites in the city.
