Liberty Memorial rededication
VFW Magazine, May, 2002
America's national World War l monument and museum in Kansas City, Mo., will be rededicated May 25 in a day-long ceremony. Events include a jump by the Army's Golden Knights Parachute Team, free tours of the memorial and a fireworks finale. The memorial is undergoing a $90 million renovation, and this marks completion of the first phase.
