Retailing is big business, and no one knows that better than Jay Baker, a member of the board of directors for Kohl's Department Stores. He and his wife, Patty, are giving $10 million to The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, to fund the Baker Retailing Initiative. The money will be used to create new retailing and marketing courses.
