Nancy Zimpher returns to her roots by becoming president of the U of Cincinnati on October 1. Zimpher is an Ohio native and a former dean of education at Ohio State U. She leaves the chancellor's post at the U of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where she is credited with revitalizing the school and making a mark as an academic and local leader.
