Bridge Program: (operated by Dawn Patrol Child & Youth Services (905) 526-9529 in cooperation with the Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board) to re-integrate youth who are being discharged from custody, into community schools while reducing further involvement with crime. Bridge puts into place the most appropriate school support plan enabling academic, family, social and community needs to be addressed through a supportive and enhanced Classroom and Transition Phase, and will build on gains already made through attendance in S-19 Custody Classrooms and sustain reintegration into community school.
