AFGHANISTAN: The World Bank approved a $59.6 million grant for emergency reconstruction and development of Afghanistan's health sector, which it called "among the worst in the world." Also yesterday, UNICEF and the World Health Organization launched a month long measles vaccination drive in Afghanistan aimed at reaching 5 million children under the age of 5.
