Now available from Cosyfeet, these special socks have been developed by Legend Care for people with diabetes. Endorsed by the Diabetes Federation of Ireland, its specially designed double layer construction prevents tissue damage, which leads to ulceration.

The padded outer layer reduces friction and the inner layer, with non-irritating seams, lessens friction. A layer of X-Static silver fibre inhibits the growth of bacteria and fungus and eliminates odour. The silver provides thermal regulation; cooling when warm, and warming when cold.
