Industry: Email Alert RSS FeedThe enterprise that Dillard graduates built
ABNF Journal, The, July-August, 2002 by Janet Simmons Rami
Several definitions of leadership have fascinated me, for example, Warren G. Bennis states that "Leadership is the capacity to translate vision into reality." F.G. "Buck" Rodgers states that
"Leadership is the ability of a single individual through his or her actions to motivate others to higher levels of achievement." Wendell Lewis Wilkie states that "Education is the mother of leadership."
I am certain that you will agree with me that there has been and continues to be an effort made to translate the vision shared with Dillard graduates by the Rita Miller-Dargan' s leadership! I implore all of you to continue building on her legacy as embodied in her vision of leadership.
