Impressed by Lundrigan, Styffe
Catholic New Times, Oct 5, 2003 by Marie Montfort
I was very impressed by the two articles by priests (CNT Sept.5, 2003) by Fr. Paul Lundrigan and Ft. Richard Styffe. I would like each of them to know that there are all kinds of persons like me who admire them for their stance and totally agree with them.
It is true we are still Catholics but do not agree with the robed men in Rome on many, many issues. The disgrace is that the Vatican is so disconnected from Jesus' teachings. It may help these priests to know that many agree with them and admire them. It just may be that priests have to take a stand as in Boston. I will pray that neither of them will have to suffer too much.
