DESCRIPTION: Life After Elected Leadership: The Journey Continues,
is a discernment process for women religious whose term in leadership is
ending. During the last months in office a woman becomes aware of the
need to plan for the future. With pressure of drawing her work to a
close, she may find it difficult to take time for discernment about
her future. The retreat provides time to gather spiritual and physical
resources in an integrating dynamic of prayer, relaxation, honest

designed to address the complex and multifaceted nature of the roles of
motherhouse administrator/coordinator, that range from ,maintaining a
healthy infrastructure to creating a ,nurturing environment for diverse
residents of the Motherhouse. While examining the manifold tasks of
administrating and pastoring, you will also be guided in reflections on
spirituality of leadership as it impacts your personal life. Join us
in a contemplative atmosphere designed to foster the mister and the
ministry.

present. This is the heart of authentic wisdom. Included are a variety
of conferences on spirituality, holistic health, psychology, and
