As Herard looks to the future for herself and her business, she continues to employ that trademark flexibility, especially on behalf of her new clients: "We also provide placement assistance, but it's very tough; no one's hiring. We're trying to establish different relationships with our former corporate clients, encouraging them to offer internships and so forth.

"We don't stop communication just because they aren't using our services at the moment."
