Until recently, users of Andersen windows had to go elsewhere when they wanted to spec windows and patio doors in custom shapes, sizes, and materials. But with its purchase of Canadian window maker KML Windows, Andersen now can produce virtually any custom designed window, door, and entranceway.

Andersen architectural windows and doors, as the new line is known, are designed to complement the maker's standard 200 and 400 series windows, but will offer custom shapes, sizes, options, and performance features not available in the standard lines. The windows can be speced in a wide range of wood species, unlimited color options, and a variety of glass options.
