Enjoyed your article ("Career Counseling," January/February 2004, page 14), especially the quotes from Pat McNeil (he happens to be in my Builder 20 Club). While my daughter is only 20 months old, I'll certainly provide her with the opportunity to go into the business if she so desires. Should you be interested in doing a follow-up article with kids who followed their parents into the building industry, I would be happy to contribute.
