Lumicor decorative panels combine a one-of-a-kind look with a durable surface. The panels sandwich a range of materials, including fabric, metal, wood veneer, and foliage, between two pieces of translucent resin, resulting in a distinctive look that plays with light. The panels can be fabricated into almost any shape and size for a variety of applications, including countertops, sinks, cabinet fronts, room partitions, and shower enclosures (with proper sealing). Textures can be added to the surface of the material for more visual effects, and to create privacy walls that still allow light through. The panels, which are 98 percent efficient at blocking UV rays, come in 4-by-8-foot sheets in thicknesses from 1/8 inch to 1 inch.
