Synchronicity of energy matters
Natural Health, Nov, 2005 by Gloria Gilbere
We know the body is made up of trillions of cells. What most of us ignore is that after age 50, the cells that kept us youthful now begin to contribute to the decline of our health by accelerating aging, specifically when not provided with proper nourishment on all levels; muscular, brain, immune, cellular and digestive.
Most people simply accept the slow decline of their bodies as the inevitable process of aging. My clients and readers echo the same comment over-and-over, "I really try dog I eat better, stay active, take my vitamins, get plenty of rest, and yet I don't have the mental or physical energy I once had ... guess I just have to accept I'm not as young as I think I am."
In my practice, I approach energy and stamina enhancement by using a balance of nutrients in a metabolic food blend. This type of blend literally "bathes" your cellular body with what it needs for you to experience a new feeling of strength and vitality--no matter your age.
When you provide your body a balanced natural food supplement that supports its entire metabolic process, you can again capture the energy and stamina needed to enjoy and embrace the wisdom that comes with aging.
It has been my clinical experience that the most effective full-spectrum metabolic food contains ingredient blends known to:
* Boost mental & physical energy
* Provide a healthy source of protein
* Supply a broad array of pre-digested minerals & electrolytes
* Enhance cognitive function & memory
* Boost stamina
* Support the immune system with health-enhancing microorganisms (probiotics)
* Provide nutritional support for cellular energy
* Reduce & neutralize inflammation
* Enhance exercise stamina, reduce muscle fatigue & oxidative stress (athletes, body-builders)
Anti-Aging Matters[TM]
The reality of aging is that from birth to age 25 our health and vigor accelerate, from 25 to 45 our internal operating systems are less efficient as they begin to slow down. The age of 45, or so, is the pivotal point when our bodies go from a slow to a faster decline-occurring as a result of several aging processes including free-radical damage and the dramatic decrease in our body's ability to utilize and absorb nutrients, adding to cellular decline and aging.
When we saturate our systems with a comprehensive metabolic food supplement, we lay the foundation for total body rejuvenation on a cellular level (a kind of internal body-lift). This type of support reduces the wear-and-tear of joints, can increase libido, improves digestion and muscle tone, and keeps our brain cells well-nourished in order to support the entire anti-aging processes.
As we age, we pride ourselves most in maintaining our freedom and vitality--the desire and energy to do those things in life we most enjoy, not to exclude working.
It's exciting to have reached this stage of life; however, if you want to prevent or slow the aging process, and stay active to pursue your passions, you must synchronize your mental and physical health, naturally.
